What Macbeth is saying in these lines is a very simple way of describing how he feels about Lady Macbeth’s death. This simple description creates an effect where Macbeth cannot be broken anymore. He had everything he needs but yet, he is still a broken man. Lady Macbeths death is now seen as a minor thing to him as he feels much greater damage inside him.
